• Refunds: If you are not satisfied with our service, please contact us within 24 hours. We will address your concerns and offer a re-clean or partial refund at our discretion

• Access: Ensure we have access to the premises at the scheduled time.
• Valuables: Secure valuables and fragile items. We are not responsible for damage or loss of unsecured items.

Please note, we are insured for damages directly caused by our staff. However, we are not liable for pre-existing damages or issues not reported during the service.
